ArganoMS3 CEO Aaron Weikle was recently given the opportunity to speak at an entrepreneurship class at University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. The energy in the room was high that day as the talk was far more interactive than lecture-based. The students in the class appreciated the value of Aaron’s real world experience and took interest in seeing how it compared to what they had seen in textbooks. Although Aaron’s degree is in software engineering and not business, he was able to offer some valuable insight to students by reinforcing the value of hard work when you are betting on yourself.
A wide variety of topics and points of interest for budding entrepreneurs were covered. The students in the class appreciated the value of Aaron’s real world experience, taking great interest in seeing what the theories and concepts they had been learning about in textbooks looked like in real world practice. Although Aaron’s degree is in Software Engineering and not Business, he was able to offer some valuable insight to students by reinforcing the value of hard work and commitment.
Somewhere between the endless exams and 20 page essays, you lose track of that passion for learning and that sense of direction. Hearing stories like Aaron’s is the spark you need to rekindle it.

A common theme throughout Aaron’s talk was that the people involved in a business are essential to business growth and longevity. It is important to find investors who are passionate about the business and want to help build your vision. He also spoke about the importance of finding good employees, choosing the right business partner, and maintaining boundaries between business and personal connections.
Aaron also had the opportunity to tell the students a little more about MS3. Many of the students were fascinated to learn about the wide variety of software solutions offered as well as ArganoMS3’s diverse customer base. Every company has unique needs and ArganoMS3 focuses on offering tailored services to all of its clients.
“It was a wonderful experience for everyone involved. The students were grateful to gain insight from an accomplished entrepreneur” and Aaron enjoyed the opportunity to inspire the students. Aaron and ArganoMS3 hope that one day these students will be able to share their story as well.
