I really enjoy all the wonderful and friendly people that I work with here. ArganoMS3 really has an amazing and supportive team. I also love that ArganoMS3 has given me a place where I can be creative.

My family and friends, they are everything to me. I love sports especially football and hockey. I also love to bake and I am pretty good at it to.

Usually I spend my days off hanging with my boyfriend, along with my friends and family. I spend nearly all day Sunday watching the football games. I also like to go hiking and check out all the cool things that there are to do around Pittsburgh

The holidays were always very important in my family. Once of my favorite traditions was my momand dad telling me and my sister, and then making us believe that Santa Claus set up our Christmas tree. They would stay up all night, which watching Christmas Vacation on a loop, and set up the Christmas tree and all the decorationswhile we slept. Then we would wake up to the house decorated like a Winter Wonderland. It was such a magical experience and I hope that it is a tradition that I can do with my family one day (when that happens).

Flexibility, remote work, being able to deal with many industries and clients with different implementations of integration technologies, traveling

Seeing a project completed from the planning phase all the way to release & the evolution of a project from infancy to maturity and stability of the platform, playing a round with new technologies, spending time with my daughters and close friends, cycling, & traveling

All the stuff that makes me happy… Spending time with my two daughters, cycling, softball, hiking, traveling, anything outdoors and adventurous

Finding something really hard to accomplish and that many people would not think is possible and getting it done at almost whatever the cost for example: finding my dream job

Being in a work environment where co-workers genuinely care about helping you succeed. As someone who is new to the IT world, it is refreshing to be surrounded by knowledgeable, successful, and caring individuals and I can’t imagine going through the transition I did within a different company and/or environment.

This is a question that can be taken many different ways, but in the simplest terms, I would have to go with my family. Over the years we have been through so many ups and downs, but we’ve went through each of them and they have only caused us to go grow closer together.

Anything that includes my family, music, or sports. A lot of my free time is spent traveling with my family, cooking with my brother, going to concerts/shows/live sporting events.
